"Really like the look of this sauna in..."
Really like the look of this sauna in person. The wood feels solid. Nice finish overall. Most of the craftsmanship is good too, the joints lined up well and the whole thing feels sturdy once it’s together. I did notice a couple of rough edges here and there. Had to sand them down a bit. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, I’m happy with it. Not flawless, but definitely well built.

"Gives off major “forgotten internet relic” vibes"
The site feels like a little “design dinosaur” situation. It looks outdated, kind of cluttered, and just messy enough that it’s hard for me to take it seriously

"Kind of hard to justify the price"
I kept thinking, “Wait, this is what I paid for?” It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I expected a bit more. Just didn’t really feel worth the money to me.

"It gets warm eventually, so that’s fine"
It takes a little while to heat up, but once it gets going, it does get warm enough. Not exactly amazing or anything, but it works. Totally fine. I’m calm about it.

"Warranty got handled, but kinda slow"
One of the parts stopped working so I reached out to Bastsauna about the warranty. They did end up replacing it, which I apprciate, but the replies took a while and I had to chase them up twice before it got sorted.

The ordering process was okay overall, but checkout felt a little clunky to me. To be fair, I might’ve been impatient because I was trying to get it done quickly, but it could definitely be a bit smoother

"Nice Sauna, But Setup Was a Little Stressful"
Overall, I’m happy with the sauna, it looks good and works really well now that it’s set up. That said, the assembly got a bit frustrating because one of the panels had a small crack and a few screws were missing from the box. I felt kind of pressured to get it finished quickly, so having to stop and email support was annoying. They did send the replacement parts, but it took a few days. Not a perfect experience, but in the end it’s still a solid buy.

"Helpful instructions, could use a few extra details"
I used bastsauna.com and the instructions were easy to follow. The steps were laid out in a way that made sense, and I never really felt stuck while getting everything set up.
If you’re using it, I’d just say take your time and read through each step before starting. A few sections could be a little more detailed, and a picture or two would help, but overall it was clear enough and worked fine for me.

"At first I thought it looked pretty..."
At first I thought it looked good, but after a few months some of the parts started warping. It felt like it wasn’t handled very carefully before it got to me, and that probably didn’t help. Disappointing overall.

I ordered from Bastsauna and, the packaging was really better than I expected.
Everything was wrapped up tight, the corners were protected, and nothing was sliding around in the box. I was really a little worried about dents or broken pieces, but everything showed up in good shape.
It took me a few minutes to unpack it all, but that’s totally fine. I’d really rather have it packed safely than loose in the box. Overall, a good experience.

"Fits fine, just a bit roomy"
The size was good overall, just a little roomy on me. stuff like this always seems to fit a bit looser than expected, but it still works fine.

I was surprised by how comfy this is. The setup was easy, too, nothing confusing or annoying. The controls are simple and just make sense. Yeah... I’d definitely buy it again...

I was kind of in a rush and the heat just wouldn’t stay steady, which made the whole thing frustrating. I kept having to mess with the settings instead of just getting it done...

"After-sales support, was really disappointing"
Once they had my money, the replies got really slow. I reached out for help after the delivery, and mostly just got short, unhelpful answers. The issue still isn’t sorted, and, at this point, I wouldn’t buy from them again...

"Assembly was mostly fine, but a little confusing"
The sauna showed up in good shape, and I did get it all put together eventually. The instructions were kind of vague in a few spots, though, and some of the pieces weren’t labeled all that well. I had to sort of guess here and there and ended up redoing one part. It took longer than I figured it would. Not awful or anything, just not quite as straightforward as I was hoping...

"My sauna ended up arriving about three weeks..."
My sauna ended up arriving about three weeks late, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I had to reach out twice just to figure out what was going on, and even then there wasn’t any real follow-up from their side. Frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t order from Bastsauna again...

I waited a lot longer than I expected, and I wasn’t getting no clear updates along the way. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on.
